A day in the life of a Viewing Assistant with haart
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
  • Generating new and repeat business
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Delivering keys upon completion of purchases
  • Upselling additional products
  • Preparing brochures for each property with photos, and written descriptions
  • Canvassing the local area
  • Door knocking and leaflet dropping
  • Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
Essential Skills of a Viewing Assistant with haart
