Qualifications

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Completed law degree / CPE / GDL or equivalent.
  • Experience of managing own caseload.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in meeting objectives as outlined in service level agreement.
  • Manage own caseload of property transactional work under supervision.
  • Carry out legal research using appropriate sources.
  • Ensure a high level of organisation and manage files and calendar.

Residential property law experience

Education

Law degree / CPE / GDL or equivalent
CILEX Level 3 Professional Diploma
GCSE level in Maths and English (Grades A*- C)
