About the role

Property Services Surveyor at CHS.

What you'll do
  • Assist in the provision of the repairs and maintenance service.
  • Ensure an effective and prompt customer-focused repairs service.
  • Remain compliant with health and safety requirements for responsive repairs and servicing requirements.
  • Complete inspections and surveys on behalf of CHS for defect diagnosis.
  • Contribute to the contract procurement processes providing technical input to design specifications.
About you
  • Sound knowledge of building construction and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication with customers, contractors and CHS colleagues.
  • Excellent contract administration skills.
  • Customer focused; seeking to understand the needs of internal and external customers aiming to exceed these consistently.
  • Work effectively with others and ensure team objectives are met.
  • Flexible and adaptable adopting a practical approach to achieve the required results.
