A housing organization is seeking a Repairs Reporting Coordinator to enhance service delivery through data analysis. The ideal candidate will generate actionable reports on repairs performance, track key metrics, and collaborate with contractors to boost efficiency. Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP, are essential, along with experience in a maintenance management environment. This position offers hybrid working with a salary of £31,313 per annum and various employee benefits, including health plans and pension schemes.

As our Repairs Reporting Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that improve the way we deliver repairs services. You’ll:

The spot salary for this post is £31,313 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
