Property Manager Team Leader – Rainham

Salary 35k to 40k + bonus and commission incentives

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager Team Leader to join a respected and growing estate agency in Rainham. This is a permanent Monday to Friday role with no weekend work.

The role would be running a team of at least three PM's and will be based in our brand-new office in Rainham.

We are looking for someone that has not only knowledge of all things PM but also how to run a team and direct the day by day operations for the team. Ideally someone who is very process driven, has leadership qualities and has strategic thinking.

The role

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties (we currently have circa 640 units that are managed from this hub)
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure smooth day to day management
• Organising maintenance, compliance and safety checks
• Carrying out routine inspections and producing clear reports
• Delivering a professional service and spotting opportunities for renewals or additional revenue
• Managing the Property Management team

About you

• Minimum one to two years experience in residential property management
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
• Confident, organised and strong with communication and problem solving
• ARLA qualified or working towards is a bonus
• Motivated by service but also comfortable earning commission and incentives
• Strategic mindset
• Strong leadership skills
