Overview
This position involves handling client enquiries, coordinating property maintenance and inspections, managing a portfolio of properties, and liaising with landlords, tenants, and service providers. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
- Answering the telephone to set company standards and deal with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Meeting with clients visiting the office
- Responding to enquiries via e-mail
- Liaising with landlords and tenants to gather and provide feedback on property inspections and maintenance work
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 170 – 190 properties (after training)
- Dealing with all maintenance enquiries with landlords and tenants
- Keeping the online reporting system (FixFlo) up to date on a daily basis
- Dealing with notices from tenants
- Preparing and serving section 21 notices
- Deposit negotiations at the end of a tenancy
- Renewal negotiation between landlord and tenant
- Management inspections completed on a weekly basis (visiting each property every 3 to 4 months)
- Managing Database/CRM system (Reapit) for own portfolio of properties
- Dealing with ingoing and outgoing tenant utility bills
Hours: Monday - Friday on a rota basis - 8:00 to 4:00pm / 10:00 to 6:00pm
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (Depending on experience)
