We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Luton office, taking charge of a portfolio of residential properties. The role involves overseeing repairs and maintenance, managing tenancy renewals, and ensuring all properties meet compliance standards. Benefits and additional information
  • Basic salary: £20,000 to £27,500 per year, depending on experience
  • Additional earnings: approximately £8,125 through uncapped commission
  • Minimum on-target earnings: £28,125+ per year
  • Company car or use of your own vehicle (must be less than 10 years old and fully insured for business use)
  • Full-time hours: 08:30-18:00 on weekdays, 09:00-17:00 one Saturday every four weeks (with a day in lieu)
