We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team in Cardiff, Wales.   • Basic salary: £20,000–£27,500 per year (based on experience).
  • Up to £5,400 in capped commission and an additional £2,725 uncapped commission.
  • Minimum on-target earnings: £28,125+ per year.

  • Company car provided (or use your own, if you'd prefer*)
  • Working hours (Mon-Fri 8:30 am–6:00 pm, plus one in four Saturdays with a day off in lieu).

Your Role as a Property Manager

As a Property Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting property inspections.
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions or renewals.
  • Coordinating property maintenance and repairs with contractors.
  • Managing deposit returns and resolving rental arrears.
  • Handling evictions and ensuring regulatory health and safety compliance.
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Managing complaints and completing detailed inventory reports during check-ins and check-outs.

To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (valid)
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK(in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)

    Passport/Birth Certificate

We will also need
