We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Enfield office, helping to oversee a large portfolio of residential rental properties. You’ll handle everything from maintenance coordination and property inspections to ensuring full compliance and excellent service for landlords and tenants. If you have proven experience in property management and are based in or around Guildford, we’d be keen to hear from you.

  • £29,000 OTE up to £36,500 OTE depending on experience. Consists of: Basic salary range of £24,000 to £31,500 per year (dependent on experience), and additional £5,040 earnings expected through uncapped commission.
  • Company Car.
  • Full‑time working hours: 08:30‑18:00 weekdays and 09:00‑17:00 one Saturday per month, with a day‑in‑lieu.
