A leading property management company in Edinburgh is seeking a Property Manager to join their dynamic team. This permanent role offers a competitive salary ranging from £23,500 to £26,000 based on experience. Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Manager. This is a permanent position located in Edinburgh. You'll enjoy a workweek of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. The salary for this role ranges between £23,500 - £26,000 depending on experience.

What the job involves
  • Carrying out viewings of available properties
  • Negotiating tenancy agreements
  • Liaising with landlords after viewings to agree tenancies
  • Keeping consistent communication with Landlord & tenants
  • Managing landlords' expectations regarding possible works required
  • Managing incoming tenants' expectations to avoid disappointment at move in
  • Ensure properties are ready for new tenancies
