A leading property management company in Guildford is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a large portfolio of residential rental properties. You will be responsible for maintenance coordination, property inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, outstanding customer service skills, and a valid UK driving licence. This role offers a salary between £24,000 and £31,500, plus commission.
We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Guildford office, helping to oversee a large portfolio of residential rental properties. You’ll handle everything from maintenance coordination and property inspections to ensuring full compliance and excellent service for landlords and tenants.
