Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the effective management of residential estates, ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance. This is a key role responsible for ensuring Pinnacle's responsibilities as the managing agent are fulfilled, including supervising estate-based personnel, maintaining site safety and presentation, managing service charge budgets and responding to leaseholder enquiries in a timely and professional manner. The successful candidate will play a vital part in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the smooth running of estate operations.
You will be joining our Residential Property Management team who oversees large, complex residential developments on behalf Institutional Investors, Developers and Residents\' Management Companies, providing comprehensive leasehold and block management services.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in property or block management, with strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills. They will be confident in leading cross-functional teams, managing service charge activities, coordinating maintenance and insurance works and engaging effectively with leaseholders and residents. A keen eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset are essential. A property management qualification and knowledge of health and safety legislation are highly advantageous.
This is a hybrid role with travel required to Kew Bridge and Wembley with occasional travel to Birmingham.
