A successful independent estate and lettings agency in Highcliffe are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to support the day-to-day management of its lettings portfolio.

This role offers an opportunity to progress within a forward-thinking independent business focused on service and professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Managing a residential lettings portfolio from move-in to tenancy end
  • Serving and managing notices
  • Negotiating tenancy renewals
  • Handling tenancy deposits in line with current legislation
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
  • Liaising professionally with landlords, tenants, suppliers, and contractors
  • Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
