A skilled experienced process-driven Property Management Team Leader is required to manage a team of Property Managers in the North Kent area - overseeing all local Property Management operations for a small but highly effective team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential Property Manager with some people management skills ready to step into a leadership position.

Our client a successful independent Estate & Lettings Agency operating across North Kent and South-East London is seeking a Property Management Team Leader to run day-to-day operations manage processes and guide a team of Property Managers.

The role will be based in their Rainham office . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities strategic thinking capability and a deep understanding of all core areas of Property Management : End of Lease Maintenance Property Visits and Compliance.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) :
  • Leading mentoring and managing a team of at least three Property Managers
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Property Management department
  • Managing processes across four core PM functions :
  • End of Lease
  • Maintenance
  • Property Visits
  • Compliance
  • Developing and implementing efficient workflows and operational procedures
  • Monitoring performance KPIs and service standards across the team
  • Supporting team members with escalated issues and complex cases
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords tenants and contractors
  • Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation and safety requirements
  • Assisting with department strategy and improvements as the new office grows

  • Strong experience in residential Property Management
  • Proven ability to lead mentor or supervise a team
  • Excellent understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
  • Highly organised with strong process-driven thinking

  • Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)
