Property Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor 1+ PQE to become a key member of our clients busy and growing wider Dispute Resolution team. You will be working alongside highly experienced specialists, advising a diverse client base including large corporates, SMEs, developers, landlords, tenants, and public sector organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property disputes
• Advising clients on risk management and dispute avoidance.
• Handling proceedings in the County Court, High Court, and Property Tribunal.
• Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value matters.
• Playing an active role in business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
