A successful, supportive, and expanding UK law firm

Role

  1. Dealing with a broad range of clients including private individuals, landlords, tenants, and larger organisations in contentious property matters affecting commercial, residential, and agricultural land.
  2. Running own matters as well as assisting more senior associates and partners with their cases.
  3. Advising transactional colleagues on difficult property issues arising.
  4. Interpretation and enforceability of restrictive covenants.
  5. Advising on private nuisance and trespass.

You

  • 1+ years PQE in Property Litigation.
  • Ability to deal with a broad range of clients.
  • Excellent client relationship skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
