Now, they're looking for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor / Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join their growing Guildford office. You'll be part of a high-performing dispute resolution team handling a diverse mix of commercial and residential property disputes.

The Role

You'll manage your own caseload of property litigation work, advising commercial and private clients on matters including:

• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Lease renewals and terminations
• Possession claims
• Boundary and right of way issues
• Development and title disputes
• Professional negligence and enfranchisement

You'll also play an active part in business development attending networking events, supporting seminars, and helping to build lasting relationships with the firm's strong client and referrer network.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE
• Proven experience handling property litigation matters
• Strong communication, client care, and commercial awareness
• A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in business development
• Collaborative, reliable, and keen to contribute to a close-knit team
