In this role, you will be responsible for winning new instructions and listing properties for market while consistently delivering exceptional customer service. You will build strong relationships with new and existing clients, both face‑to‑face and over the phone, and maximise every opportunity to book appointments for our in‑house Mortgage Advisors.

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For

• Previous estate agency experience (e.g. Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator)
• Confidence in generating new business in a target‑driven environment
• Outstanding customer care and customer service
• Resilience, positivity, organisation, numeracy and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literacy (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Full UK driving licence
