Responsibilities

  • Oversee diverse residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
  • Handle client inquiries and liaise with third parties.
  • Draft legal documents including contracts and completion statements.
  • Conduct necessary pre- and post-completion searches.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Manage completion processes and post-completion submissions.
