The role

• Responsible for handling your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, including both freehold and leasehold properties
• Preparing SDLT forms and other transaction documents
• Providing an excellent level of client care at all times
• Liaising with clients and third parties
• Supporting other team members

The ideal candidates

• Role 1: Conveyancer with 1-2 years of experience handling your own caseload
• Role 2: Conveyancer with 2-4 years or more experience running own caseload; must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail
