Job Description

Job role:

• The Role includes surveying residential properties to measure their energy efficiency and providing certification relating to their EPC rating using proprietary software
• To develop skills, with EPC National’s help, to carry out energy/other surveys giving tenants and clients the greatest service.
• To be efficient so that the survey/programming work can be covered at a good speed.
• To become confident giving client consultations regarding achieving legally required EPC ratings.

Experience and skills Required

Skills Required:

• EPC Qualifications – (EPC NATIONAL will help achieve these).
• Full driving licence
• Good computer skills (Outlook/Excel/good grammar and communicating well via email)
• Communicating well with tenants/clients/office staff

Personality / Character / Attitude Required:

• Responsibility, consistency, drive, motivation, and a strong work ethic are key.
• Self-initiative but also happy to ask for help when needed.
