This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and energetic Property Director to join an amazing group and play a leading role in their growth plans. You will need to be a passionate and committed character who is comfortable taking a seat in the senior leadership team and is willing to truly get behind the brand. Although this is a senior role, there is no room for an 'ivory tower' mentality and the incoming candidate will be expected to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in to achieve goals. The nitty gritty will be what drives you and your sense of accomplishment will come from genuine 360 involvement, from sourcing sites through all planning and construction phases and finally through to business as usual across the operating estate to ensure that maintenance and facilities are all up to scratch.

  • Extensive experience in negotiation - freehold and leasehold
  • A strong network across real estate opportunities
  • A keen understanding of target audiences
  • Commercially minded and very astute - strong negotiation skills
