Job Description

Property Co‑ordinator – Angel Court, London (EC2R 7HJ) – Office based, full time 37.5 hours, permanent. Salary 28,860 – 35,000 per annum plus Bupa benefits. Advert closes 9th December 2025.

As a Property Co‑ordinator you will play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming and efficient environment for our people and customers. From managing front‑of‑house services to ensuring compliance and supporting workplace experience you will help deliver the high standards that make Bupa a trusted name in health and care.

How you will help us make health happen
  • Support the delivery of all Facilities & Property Management services across Angel Court and the London Health Clinic portfolio.
  • Oversee reception operations including visitor inductions and meeting room bookings to provide a seamless experience.
  • Act as site lead for Eptura, managing room and resource bookings accurately.
  • Coordinate events and support Joiners, Movers and Leavers (JML) processes.
  • Post weekly updates on Workvivo to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to maintain site standards, cleanliness and safety.
  • Ensure health & safety boards are up to date and compliance requirements are met.
  • Liaise with service providers and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of contractor attendance and compliance data on C365.
Key Skills / Qualifications
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities – essential.
  • Experience in facilities or property coordination within a corporate environment – desirable.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance processes.
  • Comfortable using property management systems (experience with Eptura is a plus).
  • A proactive, customer‑focused approach with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
