Job summary

A leading housing organization is seeking a Property / Building Surveyor to join their Asset Management team in Stafford. The role involves providing professional surveying and technical support, as well as contributing to the efficient delivery of capital investment and maintenance services. Property / Building Surveyor

Location : Staffordshire / Cheshire / Merseyside

Salary : £50,401 - £62,295 per annum

Hours per week : 35 hours per week / 70 hours over two weeks (nine-day fortnight)

We are currently looking to recruit to the role of Property / Building Surveyor to join our Asset Management team here at Housing 21.

Within the role you will provide professional surveying and technical support, contributing to the smooth and efficient delivery of the Asset Management strategy.

You will help deliver Housing 21’s technical service which provides effective capital investment, cyclical, statutory maintenance services, to time and budget, in line with legislation, Housing 21 policy, capital programme and strategic objectives.

This is a mobile role where frequent travel across the area you cover will be required in order to fulfil the requirements of the role.
