Are you an organised and proactive property administrator looking to take the next step in your career?

We're seeking a Property Administrator to support the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of over 100 residential and commercial properties. This is a key role that blends operational oversight with financial admin - perfect for someone who\'s detail-oriented, commercially aware, and confident liaising with agencies and tenants alike.

Responsibilities
  • In this fast-paced and varied position, you\'ll:
  • Manage the administration with external agencies of a mixed-use property portfolio (residential and commercial).
  • Act as the main point of contact for lettings agents regarding maintenance, rent queries, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Monitor rental income and ensure all payments are received on time, following up on arrears where necessary.
  • Maintain and update the internal database, tracking key information such as rent review dates, insurance details, and tenancy deposits.
  • Coordinate maintenance works and resolve tenant queries or complaints efficiently.
  • Oversee tenancy renewals and end-of-tenancy processes, ensuring rental values remain competitive.
  • Reconcile monthly tenancy statements with bank statements.
  • Liaise with relevant parties to manage mortgage and lease renewals.
  • Assist with financial reporting, including preparing annual profit and loss statements for self-assessment and tax return purposes.
  • Support with a range of ad hoc technical and administrative tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
