Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator / PA to support our team and Director in maintaining efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, and strong computer skills. This role requires excellent phone etiquette and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while ensuring a smooth workflow within the office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • PA to Director
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, letters and presentations.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
  • Support financial processes by managing invoices and creating them
  • Provide administrative support to team members as required, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office
Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Word
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail a must
  • Good letter writing skills, fast turn around of reports
  • Previous experience in an office or clerical role is preferred.
