A well-established manufacturing client in Shrewsbury is seeking a full-time temporary to permanent Projects Ordering Administrator. The successful candidate will facilitate new business development, handle purchasing and order processing, and manage logistical documentation. Ideal applicants will demonstrate strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft software. Pay is £13.46 per hour, with working hours from 9-5pm.

Overview

Projects Ordering Administrator — Our established manufacturing client based in Stafford Park, Telford is looking for a full-time temporary to permanent project ordering administrator to join their busy and pro-active team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of new business within the UK and overseas.
  • Purchasing, estimating, progressing, order processing and monitoring.
  • Create contractually required documentation, purchase raw materials at competitive prices, track orders and liaise with subcontractors and our internal manufacturing team to estimate manufacturing costs for quoting jobs.
  • Assist in processing orders using Microsoft Excel, work dynamically with other team members to win new business, provide feedback and reports to Management, obtain information and updates from suppliers and sub-contractors, arrange logistics with internal partners, and help other departments from time to time.
