We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Projects Manager to support the successful delivery of small-medium scale construction projects across multiple sites. You will play a central role in ensuring that each project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior management, commercial, and design teams to plan and mobilise new projects effectively.
• Interpret and agree project requirements, specifications, and Health & Safety documentation.
• Provide direct coordination and ongoing support to Site Managers across various KCC Group project locations.
• Uphold and promote KCC’s commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence.
• Assist with daily site operations, including oversight of subcontractors and resources.
• Lead regular subcontractor meetings, progress reviews, and short-term planning sessions.
• Foster strong client relationships to ensure successful delivery and repeat business.
• Monitor and report on project performance using KPIs, timelines, and milestone tracking.
• Identify risks and opportunities proactively, supporting project resilience and value optimisation.
• Resolve technical and logistical issues, escalating where necessary to senior leadership.
• Ensure snag-free and defect-free project handovers in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Champion continuous improvement and contribute to knowledge-sharing across project teams.
• Perform other duties as required in support of KCC Group’s operational excellence.
