Overview

Project Workers needed across numerous Homeless Charities! If you are looking for a new role and have experience as a Project Worker, then please submit your CV now! We are working with numerous homeless charities which are regularly looking for Project Workers to cover on a temporary basis.

Pay: £14.00 + holiday pay = £15.69 or £18 umbrella per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals who are experiencing homelessness.
  • Conduct assessments and carry out support plans.
  • Deliver one-to-one sessions and complete tasks on handover notes, ensuring these are up to date.
  • Assist with clients’ care plans alongside key workers and other staff, and shadow them at appointments.
  • May involve light cleaning duties to ensure the hostel meets health and safety standards.
  • Experience managing a caseload is essential.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role and ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage workload effectively.
  • Proactive approach; able to build positive relationships with clients and work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies.
  • Previous experience working with dual diagnosis is vital.
  • Basic IT skills to complete handover notes.
  • DBS – Enhanced Adult and Child on the update service.
  • Note: Some clients may have pets (mostly dogs); all have had a risk assessment.
