Construction Project Manager - Harrogate

A Tier 1 contractor is looking for an experienced construction Project / Site Manager to support the build of a new commercial project in Harrogate. The Project / Site Manager will lead site teams and subcontractors on a project timeline through to completion of a high standard while adhering to all safety procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of a construction project, from planning to completion.
  • Establish project objectives, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay on track.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience as a construction Project Manager with refurbishment experience on large commercial buildings.
  • Experience with steel frame projects is advantageous.
  • Relevant in-date qualifications such as SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS.
  • Ability to provide up-to-date, recent references.
