Overview

Project QS / Senior QS required for Essex based specialist Civils / Utilities contractor

I have an immediate requirement for a Project or Senior level Quantity Surveyor to work for one of my clients, a specialist contractor based in Colchester.

Responsibilities

Working on Civils & Utilities projects including groundworks, trenching, cabling etc.

The role will involve full commercial management of their projects, office-based with site visits as appropriate.

They\'re looking for a QS with experience of running their own projects from start to finish, preferably multiple projects concurrently, whether from a main contractor or subcontractor background.

Salary

The role will pay from £65k to £75k plus package.
