Our Programme Advisory and Capital Excellence (PACE) team, within MPA, brings together experts in complex project and programme delivery, strategic portfolio management, and capital delivery transformation. How you will contribute

• Support and manage delivery of client workstreams, designing end-user focused solutions.
• Produce high-quality outputs with attention to detail.
• Assist engagement managers with financial and delivery aspects.
• Design integrated, client-specific solutions in collaboration with broader service lines.
• Ensure compliance within governance frameworks.
• Monitor industry trends and contribute to thought leadership.
• Participate in bids, proposals, and business development.
• Act as a role model for an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Key experience required

• Experience delivering complex infrastructure projects or programmes.
• Proven project-based delivery across sectors like energy, water, transport, etc.
• Understanding of project, programme, and portfolio management principles.
• Evidence of high performance and career progression.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Oracle, P6, PowerBI, and knowledge of proprietary tools.
