Project Planner - Manufacturing - Relocation to Dubai

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Company Overview: We are a leading high-paced manufacturing company in Dubai, known for innovation, efficiency, and large-scale production delivery. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Planner to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, covering engineering, procurement, and production phases.
• Integrate and coordinate inputs from all departments to create a fully aligned master schedule.
• Monitor progress, identify variances, and provide timely analysis and recovery plans.
• Conduct critical path, earned value, and schedule risk analyses.
• Prepare project planning reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.
• Interface with key stakeholders and lead planning meetings to support decision-making.
• Ensure planning standards, templates, and best practices are implemented and adhered to.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning and execution disciplines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning within high-paced manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, resource loading, and production workflows.
• Proven ability to handle multiple large-scale projects in parallel.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Experience in fast-track or modular manufacturing environments.
• Preferred: Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Preferred: PMP or similar certification is a plus.
