We’re recruiting a Project Planner on behalf of an established UK-based engineering construction group, operating across complex and critical infrastructure environments.

The Role – Project Planner

As the Project Planner, you’ll play a key part in supporting project teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring accurate programme updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain project trackers, schedules, and documentation.
  • Prepare weekly updates including labour lookaheads and meeting notes.
  • Support planning activities such as booking training, checking competency records, and gathering information from teams.
  • Assist with client‑facing reports, change request documentation, and issue logs.
  • Coordinate purchase order tracking, project setup documents, and internal communications.
About You – Project Planner

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating people, information, and schedules to keep projects running smoothly.

As Project Planner, you will have:

  • Ideally experience in a Project Administrator, Programme Coordinator, or Project Support role.
