A leading architecture firm in the City of Westminster is seeking a Project Manager to join its Development Consultancy team. The role involves administering residential cladding projects, engaging with affordable housing providers, and contract administration. Ideal candidates will possess strong knowledge of Building Safety Regulations and a proven track record in project management. The firm offers a supportive environment aiming towards chartership. Perks include hybrid working, mental health support, and enhanced leave policies.
We're looking for Project Managers to join our Development Consultancy team at our London studio.
We're keen to expand our practice with people who we believe will thrive in our fantastic working environment. At the core of our culture and ethos is our desire to encourage employees to feel part of the wider PRP team as well as their local studio.
Your role as a PM at PRP will involve administering residential cladding and remediation projects, in addition to a wider range of Employer's Agent work with leading affordable housing providers, with potential opportunities to work on the procurement and delivery of new build residential projects.
The ability to maintain and build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders is essential, along with having a core knowledge of Building Safety Regulations and processes. You'll have a track record and understanding of contract administration of JCT build contracts, including payment processes and contract arrangements, and be able to chair and minute meetings. Contract negotiation skills are desirable but not essential.
If you’re keen to develop your career under the guidance of our experienced team, in an inclusive and collaborative environment, and have an interest in working towards chartership (e.g. RICS / CIOB), we’d love to hear from you!
