A leading consulting firm in London is seeking a Project Manager for their Transaction & Investor Services focusing on Healthcare and MedTech. This position involves managing consulting projects, leading teams, and engaging with senior clients. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of relevant consulting experience and strong analytical and communication skills. The role offers a hybrid working model and opportunities for mentoring and development.
Consulting is about creativity, diversity, strategic thinking, and hands‑on teamwork. At Roland Berger, you’ll experience the best of both worlds: the global reach and rigour of a top‑tier strategy consultancy, combined with the entrepreneurial spirit of a close-knit, collaborative team.
From day one, you’ll work directly with senior colleagues and clients, taking ownership of meaningful projects and developing rapidly through mentorship, structured training, and international opportunities.
We are looking for individuals who bring their personal strengths and share our entrepreneurial mindset to create and shape new ideas. We value inquisitive thinkers who can form compelling arguments with depth, clarity, and conviction. In return, we provide active mentoring, structured development, and broad exposure across sectors and capabilities.
We are hiring a Project Manager within our Transaction & Investor Services (TIS) UK Healthcare and MedTech practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the practice and scale it.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management and delivery of consulting projects for Private Equity clients, leading day‑to‑day operations, guiding teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Key responsibilities include conducting due diligence and value creation projects, collaborating closely with Roland Berger and client teams, and presenting findings and recommendations to clients.
This is a hybrid role, with a general expectation of three days per week in our London office and two days working remotely depending on project requirements. National and international travel may occasionally be required.
We are seeking candidates who meet:
Experience: 4–5 years of UK experience at a leading management consulting firm, with a demonstrable track record in buy‑side and sell‑side commercial due diligence in the Healthcare and MedTech sectors
Analytical skills: Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort with data analysis and market modelling
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior executives and leading client presentations
Client orientation: Strong client‑service focus with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships
Leadership: Proven ability to manage, motivate and lead teams
Medical doctor training or strong academic background in life sciences preferred
Please submit your CV and cover letter. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and you can expect a response within five days of applying.
