Overview

Broadcast Technology Project Manager - Post Production Broadcast Technology

Outside IR35 TBC. Approx 500-550pd. 3-6 months (ideally 4 days a week M-T). Hybrid working typically 1-2 days a week in West London. Immediate start.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project management and change management within the broadcast media / post production sector, delivering media technology projects and preparing for resulting change.
  • Gather information, document clearly, and provide senior stakeholders with clear status reports to inform decisions.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Creative teams and current and target post production vendors/suppliers.
  • Work with a 3rd party vendor and manage a project team; drive the project forward at pace.
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment to move key post production and data workflows to a new system within a short timeline.
  • Be able to get up to speed quickly and maintain strong relationships with teams.
  • In-person attendance in West London approximately 1-2 days per week.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Experienced project manager with change management experience in broadcast media / post production; ability to deliver media technology projects and manage resulting change.
  • Strong project management skills with some business analysis ability to gather information and document clearly (not a BA role).
  • Good experience of post production, creative workflows, MAM workflows and data.
  • Experience working with Creative and Technology teams.
  • Ability to work at pace, quickly get up to speed with teams and technology.
  • Ability to manage a project team and work with a 3rd party vendor.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support a smooth operational transition.

West London office; hybrid working with 1-2 days in the office per week. Immediate start or within 1-2 weeks.
