Job Title

Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery resource allocation and improve complex technical project capabilities using Agile/Scrum methodologies (planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and sprint execution).
• Collaborate with customers and business teams to manage and implement customer trials, supporting technically feasible solutions and realistic effort/timeline expectations.
• Work closely with software engineers, QA teams, product managers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with the bank\'s objectives, regulations, and security policies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technical projects to prepare the bank for potential challenges.
• Manage change requests and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee vendor relationships to ensure delivery according to agreed terms.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement, technical excellence, and innovation.
