Real Chemistry is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. The role is responsible for the successful delivery of projects across our portfolio of medical communications and marketing campaigns, ensuring operational effectiveness through management of delivery systems, project management systems, and resource allocation. The Project Manager works closely with account management, medical specialists, and the PMO lead to deliver the highest calibre client service.

Responsibilities
  • Define project goals, scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Successfully assemble brief materials, kick‑off projects, and operationalize requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including task assignments, dependencies, and dynamic dates.
  • Develop and maintain project workflows from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with resourcing to identify, allocate, and manage resources across assignments.
  • Determine and mitigate risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead internal and external project teams to produce deliverables against documented timelines.
  • Manage individuals across disciplines such as graphic designers, copywriters, medical writers, editors, and digital specialists.
  • Serve as the gateway between project teams and internal stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable tasks and managing deliverables against a schedule.
  • Maintain clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Schedule and facilitate efficient meetings and conference calls, setting up presentations of creative, education, and digital work.
  • Communicate project issues and resolutions to clients and internal teams.
  • Balance passion for delivering high‑quality content with project timelines and budgets.
  • Distribute detailed notes, explicit task assignments, and meeting requests.

What you should have
  • Prior experience at a healthcare agency or in a project management role directly related to medical education and communications.
  • Experience managing projects from a medical education and communications perspective, including the development of medically focused materials, events, branding, and marketing.
  • Experience routing review materials and task assignments, and managing internal expectations on scope and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong problem‑solving abilities and flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
