Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of on‑site project delivery, including managing labour, materials, logistics, and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards while maintaining progress against programme timelines
  • Stakeholder coordination and reporting
  • Lead teams in live, high‑spec environments such as data centres and healthcare facilities, where precision and performance are critical
Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3 or higher in Construction or Engineering (or equivalent experience) – Mechanical bias
  • CITB SSSTS certificate (or an approved equivalent)
  • IOSH Supervising Safely and a valid CSCS card relevant to the role (Black card desirable)
  • First Aid at Work certification
  • Full UK driving licence
