Project Manager – LUL and Civil Rail – South East & London

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + pkg
Location: London & Bedfordshire
Regions: London, South East

We are seeking to recruit a Project Manager to join our Regional offices in Bedfordshire and London, working on Rail Infrastructure on the Minor Works Framework, LUL Projects, and various projects for Network Rail up to £200m.

To be successful, you must have a history of working on civil engineering projects within a rail environment, with an Engineering background, preferably with a minimum of an HNC in Civil Engineering, a CSCS card, and PTS.

You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to get the most out of the people working for you.

Responsibilities
  • Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
  • Site Supervision
  • Delivery of works to program & budget
  • Producing Health & Safety plans & Work Package Plans
  • Writing Risk Assessments
  • Temporary Works
  • Pre-start site inspections
  • Planning (including road closures and possessions)
  • Tool box talks & HSEQ briefings
  • Providing plant & materials
  • Client liaison
