A leading social housing contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Oldham to oversee high-rise refurbishment projects. The candidate should possess a degree in Construction Management and have strong knowledge of HRB compliance. High Rise Experience Required
We are working with a leading social housing and regeneration contractor to recruit a proactive Project Manager to deliver planned high‑rise refurbishment schemes, including externals, internals, and high‑rise FRA works to tenanted housing association properties in Oldham.
This role will focus on cladding remediation, as well as associated fire and building safety works. You will ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act for Higher‑Risk Buildings (HRBs) while working in live environments, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and resident engagement throughout.
