Project Manager - Prison Construction and Renovation

Location: Travel around West London - Hybrid with some work from home

Salary: £55,158.73

Contract: Permanent - Full Time - 39 hours, Monday-Friday

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team at GFSL. Join a supportive and driven family who works Monday to Friday to create a safe and nurturing environment. It takes hundreds of people in corporate support to ensure the smooth running of our operations and site-based functions; we are committed to driving the smooth and safe delivery of facilities maintenance, impacting prisoners, employees, and visitors.

As a Project Manager you will work alongside experienced colleagues across Payroll, Attract, Finance, Commercial & Supply Chain, all dedicated to making a positive difference and providing a safe and secure environment for all.

We are a Ministry of Justice business that provides critical and time‑bound services to HMPPS, and we are looking for a Project Manager with any combination of the following.

Qualifications

• 3 years managerial and technical experience in project delivery
• Management of project budgets
• SMSTS
• Experienced in managing multiple projects at different stages of development across a range of disciplines and establishments
• Experienced in managing low value, high volume minor work projects
• Relevant Project Management qualifications
• Driving licence
• Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
