The Role

We're seeking an experienced Exhibition Project Manager to lead the delivery of modular and custom stand builds , brand activations , and live events .

You'll manage projects from concept to completion — collaborating closely with clients, suppliers, and in‑house teams to ensure every build is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

This is a hybrid position based from the company's Lichfield HQ , offering flexibility alongside hands‑on involvement in a wide variety of creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage exhibition stand and brand activation projects from brief to completion
• Oversee budgets, timelines, logistics, and supplier coordination
• Act as main client contact throughout project delivery
• Supervise on‑site installation, delivery, and breakdown
• Collaborate with internal design, production, and print teams
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
• Mentor and support junior project team members

What You'll Need

• Minimum 3 years' experience managing projects within exhibitions, events, or brand activations
• Proven track record managing budgets between £15K - £250K
• Strong technical understanding of floorplans, drawings, and build specifications
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Calm under pressure with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Knowledge of print and fabrication processes is advantageous
