Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing utility-scale Solar PV, BESS or onshore Wind projects in the UK.
• Experience in managing projects through different stages of the project lifecycle.
• Familiarity with UK consenting processes and planning applications.

Taylor Hopkinson are proudly engaged on the search for a Project Manager to join the team to lead utility-scale renewable project construction activities in Scotland and the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Utility-scale renewable energy projects throughout Scotland and the UK
• To ensure projects are completed in time and within budget and according to Final investment approval
• Define and manage timeline and deadline
• Support the procurement team with contract strategy
• Negotiate construction and quality contracts

Requirements

• Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Planning or related field
• Track record of success managing the delivery of utility-scale Solar PV, BESS or onshore Wind projects in the UK
• Experience of managing various projects at different stages in the project lifecycle
• Successful history of contract preparation and negotiations along with negotiating and managing tender processes
• Experience with UK consenting processes, including with the preparation of planning applications
