A leading project management firm in London is seeking a Transformation Project Manager for Children's Integrated Commissioning Service. The role involves leading transformation initiatives across health, social care, and education to drive meaningful change. This position is inside IR35, with a workload of 35 hours per week and compensation of £190.11 PAYE or £250 Umbrella.

Key Focus Areas
  • Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing: Improve access, early intervention, and integrated support.
  • SEND (Special Educational Needs & Disabilities): Enhance multi-agency pathways and provision.
  • Treatment & System Pathway Development: Design streamlined, person-centred care models.
