About the Role:

We are partnering with a leading, design-led consultancy specializing in performance spaces to recruit an AV Project Manager for a full-time, permanent opportunity based in London (with flexible/hybrid working options available).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognized team delivering innovative AV and technical solutions for cultural venues, theatres, museums, and experience-led spaces across the UK and internationally. If you have a background in delivering high-end audiovisual projects in the arts, culture, or built environment sectors, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of AV systems projects from design through to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and technical specifications are met
• Coordinate with architects, theatre consultants, acousticians, and design teams to integrate AV solutions into complex builds
• Produce and manage project documentation including schedules, drawings, and procurement specs
• Manage suppliers, subcontractors, and installation teams
• Attend on-site meetings and provide technical oversight throughout commissioning and handover
• Provide expert insight into AV technologies including networking, projection, audio, and control systems

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience managing complex AV integration projects
• Knowledge of the design and delivery of AV systems in performance or cultural environments
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across disciplines
• Familiarity with CAD tools, AV drawings, and technical schematics
