What you’ll do

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines. You’ll serve as the primary communication hub, facilitate discussions among team members, and build stakeholder relationships to integrate into existing project structures, providing immediate value. Your leadership will motivate teams, and your meticulous attention to detail will ensure thorough documentation and process maintenance. You’ll also support colleagues in managing their own projects, providing guidance on best practices, and fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

What you’ll bring
  • Proven ability to quickly adapt to new environments and deliver results within a defined timeframe. Comfortable stepping into in-flight projects and driving progress with minimal ramp-up
  • Experienced in delivering agile change in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability of motivating, engaging, inspiring and leading project teams and stakeholders
  • An outcome-driven mindset, adept at influencing and gaining buy-in at all organisational levels
  • Meticulous attention to detail and diligence
  • Comprehensive knowledge of risk management practices and processes
  • A deep understanding of financial regulations
