Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and talented Project Manager to successfully manage allocated multidisciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion within the Welwyn Garden City Business unit. This position is project based, with flexibility for occasional remote working. You will be working within our Construction London & Home Counties business, where you will:

Responsibilities

• Successfully manage allocated multidisciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion.
• Deliver work that meets project requirements.
• Work autonomously with self‑awareness on when and where to get support.
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the project.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• Significant experience in the main contracting market, working on education, leisure, residential and prison schemes between £15 million and £50 million.
• Good understanding of JCT, NEC contracts and government frameworks.
• Degree, HNC / HND level or professional qualification in a relevant technical discipline.
• Proven experience working with and managing contractors on complex construction projects.
• Good understanding of commercial issues affecting project performance.
