Job Summary

Join a legacy infrastructure engineering firm as a Project Manager overseeing large-scale, multi-discipline engineering and construction projects. You'll lead from inception to completion, managing scope, safety, quality, schedule, risk, contracts, suppliers, documentation, and financials — ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day execution of EPC, Construction Management, or Program Management projects
  • Provide oversight of safety, quality, scope, cost, and risk
  • Assemble and manage project teams; direct cross-discipline coordination
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes
  • Lead RFP processes, subcontractor selection, and negotiations
  • Maintain detailed and accurate cost forecasts, accruals, and documentation
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, including with clients, internal leadership, and vendors
  • Conduct project risk reviews and enforce mitigation measures
  • Drive QA/QC, compliance, and safety protocols across teams
  • Participate in industry committees and contribute to business development
  • Mentor junior staff and enforce performance standards
Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Prior field experience in industries such as energy, aviation, manufacturing, or water infrastructure
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Background in Program Management or EPC environments
  • Familiarity with government, process, or transmission & distribution projects
